    Journal Entry 1

    ​Did some of David’s teachers “pass the buck”, so-to-speak, by making David go back home?  Even though some may have known that David may have potentially been a victim of abuse, did they respond appropriately?  Give examples of some of the characters from Chapter 1 – tell if they responded correctly or not.  Explain what you think and why by using examples from the book.
